Peabody Ducks
First, we went to the Peabody hotel to watch the ducks march into the fountain. The parade itself was very quick, and I didn't have my good camera with me to capture it.

Trolley
After the duck parade, we rode on the downtown trolley across the bridge to North Little Rock and back. The kids had a blast! We met up with some new friends from a West Little Rock Moms' group.

After our trolley excursion, the group ate lunch at a pizza place downtown.

Riverfront Park
Finally, we walked to Riverfront Park, which is along the river near the River Market. The playground has recently been rebuilt with many tunnels to explore. A large pit almost two stories down is accessed via a long tunnel slide built along the steep incline walls. The slide was much too scary for any of the kids except Bella. The rope ladders were similarly daunting, so I helped Gabi climb over a man-made rock cliff to a tunnel entrance half-way down the hill (which was scary for me, because Bella was ready to take off through the tunnels, and I didn't yet know where it led... but running into the tunnel was certainly safer than jumping off the rocks into the pit!).

Tea Time at Home
After naptime, we had our friends Katelyn and Brayden over to play. As often happens these days, the girls had a tea party.
